Art for creative kids
Oakland artist and educator Iranshid Ghadimi and one big love studio invite kids ages 6 -10 to think and feel like an artist. These safe and fun workshops are designed to explore and support the creative voices of our young artists through drawing, painting and sculpting with a variety of materials.
Iranshid loves the curiosity and excitement children bring to their art making.
Their ability to play mirrors her own. From this play comes a deeper sense of self and beautiful artwork. She has been involved in children’s art education for almost twenty years now, working for Oakland Parks and Recreation and Prospect Sierra Elementary School. She holds a BFA from San Francisco Art Institute and a MFA from Mills college.
