Jan 20th, 2025 MLK Jr. Day - In Celebration of Change Makers

Monday, January 20th - 9am to 3pm

Let's make art in celebration of Change Makers, both historical and personal. We will start the day with meditative/free drawing, then discuss different ways to depict our subjects such as portraiture, figure drawing, collage and more. Our young artists are free to bring pictures of their personal change-maker (grandparents, aunts/uncles, teachers, etc) to work from, or they can work on a known historical figure, like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
